As a documentary filmmaker focused on cultural events, I selected the ITC Royal Bengal for a corporate retreat. the hotel offers an ideal setting for business travelers. the spacious rooms are luxurious, with a marble-covered foyer that exudes elegance. the 24-hour reception and security ensure a seamless stay. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, facilitating remote work effortlessly. I appreciated the business center for last-minute tasks. Kolkata's largest pillar-less banquet hall was impressive and perfect for corporate events. the on-site restaurant provided a variety of options for working lunches. the bar/lounge area was ideal for networking with colleagues. the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were great for unwinding after meetings. Despite a minor hiccup with the room assignment, the staff swiftly resolved the issue. the overall service was exceptional. I recommend the ITC Royal Bengal for its business amenities, strategic location, and impeccable service.
